Description
The automatic insulating glass sealing robot equipment adopts a large-screen touchscreen human-machine interface control system to realize automatic positioning of aluminum spacer frames for insulating glass, automatic pressing, conveying, automatic lifting and lowering of sealing, and automatic timing heating.
The use of advanced gas-liquid boosting technology makes the system pressure more stable and energy-saving. The system is equipped with an alarm system for running out of sealant, and a dual-group and dual-sealing supply configuration. Production will not be delayed during sealant replacement. The sealing head is adjustable within the range of 6-20mm and can be fine-tuned up and down.
The insulating glass sealing robot line is equipped with a thickness detection device and a depth detection device. The thickness and depth of the glass can be automatically detected through high-resolution precision sensors, thereby better saving raw materials. Coupled with the automatic sealaant replenishing function and automatic adjustment of glue output, the production efficiency can be greatly improved.

The System Structure and Hardware Selection
The system is mainly composed of mechanical and electrical parts. The newly-added tray and Y-axis guide rail in the mechanical part are newly added structures. As shown in Table 1.

The electrical system includes the upper computer control part and the lower computer. The upper computer completes the real-time display and control of the glue application process information. The lower computer PLC accepts the signal from the field sensor, executes the program to process the data, and drives the execution unit. The selection of the main components is shown in Table 1.
