This advanced 3+1 Axis CNC machine is engineered for the versatile processing of aluminum, UPVC, copper, and alu-wood composite profiles. Featuring a rotating axis capability, it performs precision milling, drilling, chamfering, and slotting at angles ranging from -90° to +90° in a single setup.

• Heavy-Duty Construction: The machine body utilizes a high-strength welded structure that has undergone thermal stress-relieving (annealing). This process eliminates internal stress to guarantee permanent rigidity and stability, preventing deformation over the machine’s lifespan.

• Premium Motion Components: X, Y, and Z axes are driven by imported high-precision linear guideways, ball screws, and helical gear racks. Coupled with high-torque servo motors, this system ensures smooth motion and exceptional positioning accuracy.

High-Performance Spindle & Tooling

• High-Speed Spindle: Equipped with a premium imported motorized spindle, the machine delivers high-speed rotation with low noise and vibration, ensuring a superior surface finish on the workpiece.

• Automatic Tool Changer (ATC): Features an 8-slot tool magazine for rapid, automated tool changes. This allows for complex, multi-step machining operations (e.g., drilling followed immediately by tapping) without manual intervention.

• 3+1 Axis Capability: The system is designed to machine the top surface (0°) and side surfaces (-90° / +90°) of the profile seamlessly.

Operational Efficiency & Safety

• Dual-Zone “Pendulum” Operation: The worktable is divided into two independent zones. While the machine processes a profile in Zone A, the operator can safely unload and reload material in Zone B. This interactive feeding eliminates downtime for loading, significantly boosting throughput.

• User-Friendly Control: Powered by an industrial-grade CNC system with an intuitive Human-Machine Interface (HMI). Operators can easily monitor processing status and manage programs.

• Environmental & Safety Design: The machine is fully enclosed to contain noise and debris. An integrated chip collection system keeps the workspace clean, while the enclosure ensures operator safety during high-speed machining.
