This industrial-grade 3-axis machining center is engineered for the high-precision milling, drilling, tapping, and grooving of aluminum, light alloys, and UPVC profiles. Designed with a stationary profile bed and a moving gantry, it ensures damage-free handling of delicate surfaces while delivering maximum structural rigidity.

Structural Integrity & Precision Components

  • Rigid Gantry Structure: The machine features a high-strength welded steel body that has undergone thermal annealing and heat-aging processes. This stress-relieving treatment guarantees long-term rigidity and stability, preventing deformation over time.

  • Premium Motion System: Equipped with imported high-precision linear guideways, ball screws, helical gear racks, and servo motors, the machine delivers smooth motion and exceptional positioning accuracy.

  • Stationary Workpiece Design: The profile is clamped firmly in place while the gantry moves. This design eliminates the friction and vibration associated with moving the workpiece, protecting the profile surface from scratches or damage.

  • Automatic Tool Changer (ATC): A traveling tool magazine with 6 positions moves with the gantry to minimize changeover time. The high-quality changer ensures fast, stable, and low-noise tool swaps.

  • Dual-Zone “Pendulum” Processing: The worktable utilizes a double-station setup. Operators can safely load/unload profiles in one zone while the machine is working in the other. This “interactive feeding” enables non-stop, interference-free production.
